I have been teaching physical fitness, calisthenics, and yoga since 2005, and have a passion for movement training in order to maintain a healthy brain/body connection and to help students move with greater ease and confidence in their daily lives.

Functional Movements

Functional movements help you to move with ease and confidence when performing daily tasks, like getting down and up from the floor, balancing, lifting, and carrying. When you practice functional movements on a regular basis, you'll build new neural pathways, build strength and resiliency in your body, and confidence in the way you move.

This class series will help:

  • improve mobility, balance + posture

  • build strength + resiliency

  • release muscular tension/stress

  • improve blood circulation/lymph flow

  • improve body awareness

When you purchase the class option, you will receive the Zoom link + passcode by Tuesday, September 10, 2024.​

If you miss the Zoom class, you will receive a link to the weekly video class which you can do at your leisure.

When you purchase the VIDEO CLASSES you will receive 1 class video/week and will have unlimited access to those videos for the duration of the session.

This way, you will have a growing library of classes to choose from for the 10-week session.
